Concentrix is a leading UK independent specialist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning software and systems for companies of all sizes. Concentrix was founded as a single-man shop in 1999. It grew steadily, and in 2007 acquired Taylor Made Technology, a leading Midlands provider of Sage accounting and enterprise software. The company continues to grow its accounts and business management solutions section. The accounts and ERP software included in the Concentrix suite of business software products currently includes Sage 50, the Sage 200 suite and more recently Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which Concentrix is able to offer as a full Software as a Service (SaaS) option, as well as an on-premise solution.

Now in excess of a £4 million business, Concentrix employs nearly 60 staff at its headquarters office in the East Midlands. In October 2009, Concentrix opened a new regional office in Bristol, serving the south-west of the UK. The company also has a satellite office in London.

Increased demand for its hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM service has helped the company grow by extending the Concentrix product portfolio. In December 2009 Concentrix announced that its hosted CRM offering was proving an increasingly popular CRM solution for small businesses.

Concentrix provides cloud-based, as well as on-premise and hosted CRM solutions. For clients who choose hosted CRM, Concentrix manages both the software and CRM data at its own data centre. Customers access the CRM system online and don't require extra hardware. In addition, with the release in the UK of Microsoft Dynamics CRM online in 2011, Concentrix is able to provide its clients with a full cloud-based or SaaS CRM solution.

In 2009, software supplier Sage Ltd. selected Concentrix as a Customer Development Centre to advise businesses on Sage's business software products. Concentrix has been an accredited Sage Business Partner since 2004. In November 2009, Sage awarded Concentrix a place in its prestigious 'Circle of Excellence' - an award based on consistent high-quality service and excellent feedback from customers. At the same time Sage also recognised Concentrix as Sage CRM Business Partner of the Year.
