Budapest, August 8, 2008 – The Olympic TV Transmission Tower that will broadcast the signal of the Olympic Games to the world was designed by local Chinese architects in just three months to meet the final Olympic preparation rush. Located near China’s National Stadium, better known as the “Bird’s Nest,” the transmission tower (4299 m2) stretches 132 meters high and is the tallest building in Beijing Olympic Park, making it one of three main landmark buildings in the Park.
