His first company (which he sold in 2000) was a professional internet services agency specialised in the strategy and implementation of internet and intranet infrastructures for companies such as Shell and Unilever. Following the sale he co-founded Touch Clarity Limited which optimises the online channels of large multinational companies through intelligent personalisation software..
Glen spent 7 years working for the boutique automotive consultancy Urban Science where he worked with most major brands including General Motors, Ford, Daimler/Chrysler and Renault/Nissan. As a consultant Glen has worked with a number of leading web agencies and gaming companies including Victor Chandler, Ladbrokes, InterCasino and Paradise Poker.
