VOICE aims at being the most powerful tool in the hands of the consumer to help them fight for value for their money. Consumer awareness has become all the more important in this day and age when economy is fast liberalizing and consumers need guidance to be able to distinguish between the wide variety of products and services available, and to protect themselves against deficient services and defective products with timely information and intervention, which VOICE endeavours to provide.
