Conversagent has pioneered the development of its Automated Service Agent™ (ASA) solution to engage customers in typed natural language conversations, delivering answers to customers in real time. The first ASA, AskComcast, was developed for Comcast in October 2003. The company has launched its ASA solutions for several large Fortune 100 Companies including Harrisdirect, Cox Communications and Time Warner Cable.

Conversagent continues to maintain ActiveBuddy's popular demo program, SmarterChild on AOL® Instant Messenger™ (AIM®). SmarterChild was launched in June, 2001 to showcase the potential of the company's proprietary, natural language software platform. SmarterChild proved to be an immediate viral sensation and has had conversations with over 15 million unique screen names since its launch.
