Cool Jobs Canada was created from the vision of a collective 20 years experience in the Employment Services and Hospitality fields. Wanting to combine a love of Canada, a passion for travel, and a strong expertise in the Employment Services Industry, Cool Jobs Canada, or “CJC” was created in January 2000. It would be the first and only job site whose focus, energy, and passion would be to serve the Canadian Hospitality/Retail market exclusively.
This job site follows what we call “The 3 E’s of CJC”. The site must be: Excellent, Effective, and Economical.
By following the 3 E’s, and through hard work, a targeted marketing plan, and a wide network of associates, the number of postings increased and the traffic grew to 50,000 hits a day, while the prices remained the most economical in the country. The success of the first two years lead to the launching of a sister site, Golf Jobs Canada, in January 2003, to provide the same service level for the Golf industry as CJC did for the Hospitality Retail market.
