The birth of the Cool OSX Apps happend a long long time ago in a thread called “cool osx apps” on Newstoday. Jens was bored one day and decieded to collect all the posts in the thread and make a simple page with them. After a while he got bored again and ran into Wordpress. After a couple of days the simple page had turned into a blog with all the apps from the original thread. Now it’s been 9 month and Cool OSX Apps is a pretty big site with almost 400 apps reviewed and a nice forum
Jens Offersen is the name of the guy on the photo. He is the very proud owner of the blog. When he is not screwing around here, he is making a living as a product / graphic designer in Reykjavik, Iceland. You can check out some of his work at Designerror.com
