Corrugated Pallets Inc. is an independant company completely dedicated to the manufacture of corrugated pallets and pallet components. Our specialties are heavy loads and custom sizes and it is the SureStacker™ runners and pallet designs that give our pallets the required strength and versitility. Ranging from 60" deluxe 4-way runners to small 3" blocks (and beyond), our components and processes are diverse and customizable enough to solve almost any shipping need. The patented components for the SureStacker™ corrugated pallet are manufactured at our facility in Kitchener, Ontario and are sold to packaging companies and packaging users worldwide. Our Kitchener facility is capable of manufacturing the components (runners) required for 2000 SureStacker™ pallets per 9-hour shift. In addition, our pallet assembly team is able to assemble 2000 finished pallets per 9-hour shift.
Our corrugated pallet is designed for multiple uses in all types of industry. The patented design provides a custom-made, economical paper pallet that can easily be handled because it is lightweight, safe and durable. This amazing design is strong and durable enough to be racked in a warehouse, and it is recyclable and environmentally safe. With availability of both two and four-way fork entry, these made-to-order pallets can be tailored to your application. The lightweight design means savings in freight costs and disposal costs.
