History
CosmoCom was founded in 1996 to create a next generation of contact center technology. The IP contact center architecture at the heart of its technology has been awarded two US Patents. CosmoCom achieved yearly revenue growth of 30% in 2002, and 40% in 2003 and 2004. CosmoCom has raised more than $65 million to date from a prestigious group of financial and strategic investors, and has an exceptionally strong financial position. Headquartered in Melville, New York, CosmoCom has established a serious worldwide presence with offices in the US, the Netherlands, UK, Germany, France, Japan, China, Hong Kong and Israel, and distribution partners in many other countries. CCOD Providers
Telcos and other Service Providers use CosmoCall Universe to offer hosted Contact Center On-Demand™ solutions to their end user customers. Telcos already generate a major component of their revenue from contact centers, but for the most part are only providing relatively basic transport services to deliver calls to and from these centers. With Contact Center On-Demand, they have the chance to attract profitable new streams of revenue that have been the sole province of premise-based vendors of contact center equipment. SPs currently offering CosmoCom-based Contact Center On-Demand and related services include BT, Deutsche Telekom, France Telecom, Telefónica, KT, PLDT, NTT, VSNL, and Eagle IP.
