What is counselling?
Counselling involves talking to a trained counsellor in total confidence about matters that really concern you. Are you feeling lonely ? Isolated? Do you feel that nobody understands you? Do you feel that somehow you haven't reached your potential? These are examples of issues raised in counselling. As a Person Centred Existential Couinsellor I believe that as human beings we all have the potential for growth and self-awareness within us but at certain points in our life we may have become "stuck" not knowing how to "move forward". This is when
counselling may be of benefit to you. Sometimes as few as six sessions may be all you need. The sessions normally take place once a week lasting one hour. The cost of a session is £35. Consessions available.
