We have an extensive network of Regional Managers throughout Britain. Their responsibilities include making regular checks that properties are maintaining the standards that first earned them the right to be included in our portfolio. To give a more comprehensive idea of what the property is like, each property has been inspected and graded with one of five grades dependent on property quality.
