Country Sunrooms of America, Inc. has been an EXCLUSIVE Temo Sunroom dealer for nine years, dating back to 1996. Owned and operated by Gregg A. Schmehling, CSRA has three locations on the Delmarva peninsula. The first is the "Home Office" and showroom in Salisbury, MD just off Route 13 North next to Staples. The second is in Berlin, MD and the third is in Bear, DE. For three consecutive years (2002, 2003 and 2004), the company has recieved an "Outstanding Performance Award" from Temo Sunrooms which is awarded to dealers that show oustanding sales growth and participation.
Mr. Schmehling was a custom home builder in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia for 10 years prior to becoming a Temo Sunroom dealer.
Currently has business partnerships with Sam's Club of Salisbury and Dover, the Centre at Salisbury, Dover Mall, Christiana Mall, the Wilmington BlueRocks Baseball Club, The Delmarva Shorebirds Baseball Club, PCS Homebuilders of Annapolis and Wood Creek Golf Course.
