Description
Caren Pilgrim has been described as completely and utterly normal. Since society has deemed that everyone should be an individual, this has left Ms. Pilgrim the only truly original person. She threw off the fetters early in her life when she began watching the trickles of British Entertainment that flowed into her television through PBS. Completely ignorant of American pop culture, she has recently turned to Asia for her music, Japan for her animation, Australia for her drama, Britain for her comedy and Betelgeuse for her Sci-fi.
Ms. Pilgrim on occasion contributes to the world of writing through a humble web log that can be summed up as random musings. There she expounds anything from her dreams to her observations of the world she lives in. The web log is also a repository of her current fascinations with the influx of media she induces upon herself. The reader should be warned that anything written on her subconscious is incomplete and therefore not enough information for a full psychological profile on Ms. Pilgrim.
In an attempt to finance her life, she has been moved to sell the remnants of a collection of memorabilia from the Peanuts comic strip. She has resolved to give up collecting anything further for her collection as it has all become "too commercialized." Ms. Pilgrim has moved on and has decided to collect anything from the "Little Nemo" comic strip, Alphonse Mucha artwork, and a 1930's glassware set with painted colored rings. Thus far, she has bought only a single Whitman's Mucha tin at $12.00 for her collections.
