The Crafts Council wants to inspire more people to pursue craft as a career; buy contemporary craft for enjoyment or investment; exhibit or sell craft; learn more about contemporary craft; or simply be able to appreciate it close to where they live .
There are three strands to our new way of working, which we will weave together to create a strong, nationwide web of support for contemporary craft.
Some of these partnerships will be with other national organisations and agencies. Many will be with regional agencies, arts venues, museums and retailers.
