Yorkshire greats Ray Illingworth, Dickie Bird and Brian Close join Fred Trueman's widow Veronica at a train naming ceremony in honour of the Yorkshire and England fast bowling legend. The naming marked the official launch of an appeal to build a statue to Fred in his adopted home town of Skipton. It will be created by Graham Ibbeson, the man who sculpted the famous statue of Eric Morecambe in his home town of Morecamble. Mini replicas of the statue have gone on sale.
