The Creative Learning Agency (CLA) is a publicly funded web-based news and information service which was set up in 2001 to provide educators and artists with information and support for arts education work. CLA serves education and life-long learning providers and artists working in the four unitary authorities of Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

CLA is funded by Arts Council England, South West; Bristol City Council; Bath and North East Somerset Council and South Gloucestershire.
