We decided to experiment with the evolving concept of an informal summit, where top creatives in the advertising realm could drive sessions and present their own ideas to their peers rather than be subjected to pre-packaged lectures and mundane Q&A's typically associated with the traditional conference. We picked a large venue and a prime time, and from there participants turned our first-ever Creative unConference into a huge success.
