CrediCard National Bank was founded in 1998 with the approval by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency of a national bank charter limited specifically to credit card lending. The predecessor corporation, CrediCard Financial Corporation, began operations in 1990 in the private label fleet credit card business serving the convenience store industry. The company entered the open end revolving credit business in 1993 and quickly built a core customer base across the southeast quadrant of the United States. The company has built a track record of integrity, quality and prompt service.
CrediCard National Bank is focused on providing private label credit cards to a retailer's core customer base, the best customers they have. We are not a financing source of last resort, but rather a tool to help foster and build strong relationships for retailers wanting to build repeat business.
