Welcome Stitchers! Our on-line store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Manon, our fabulous webmaster adds new products on a regular basis so make sure to check the What’s New section periodically. You can also enjoy reading the Tell-a-Stitcher Newsletter, which appears five times a year, informing you of upcoming sales, new products, and other interesting bits of information. We want to assure you that all our resources are available to you, our on-line customers. Canadian and American stitchers can use our toll free number (1-800-207-1906) during regular business hours to seek advice, help and support. If you prefer to communicate by e-mail, all queries will be received and answered Monday through Friday. Tori will be your main on-line contact. She prides herself on the personal service she is able to offer and is committed to providing it as fast and efficiently as possible.
The actual shop is located in Canada’s capital city, Ottawa, where we have 2,000 square feet of floor space bursting with needlework supplies and 7 friendly, knowledgeable staff who are avid stitchers themselves. Our physical location may be in Ottawa, but our shoppers are all over the world through this website.
We opened our doors in August 1992 with 2 staff members, Maria and Ellen, and as much in basic cross stitch supplies as we could manage. We have grown to a team of 10 to service your needs, and expanded into other areas of needlework, i.e., needlepoint, petit point, hardanger, canvas work, stumpwork, and many more… We carry or can order just about everything a stitcher could need or want.
