Il s'est créé au départ de personnes qui étaient soit sans abris, ou précarisées, mais ayant la volonté de construire un projet en commun ce projet leurs a permis de retrouver un logement et une resociabilisation. CultureWeb is a social project of initiation to data processing and proposes an access to Internet.
