- This website was created by Ryan Lafferty. Ryan attended the University of Washington majoring in Physics with an endorsement in Physics education. While at the UW, he helped teach freshman physics, and gave public lectures at both the observatory and the planetarium. He joined Sylvan 2004, teaching for two and a half years before becoming an Associate Director of Education. Ryan designed this website to fill the need for free curriculum on the web.
