Cymadesign is a celebration of beautiful furniture. I've been making and restoring furniture for over 25 years. In that time I've discovered that the curve is one of the defining elements in fine furniture. Proper proportions are important to get a design mostly right, but those pieces that strike me as overwhelmingly beautiful all have some curved elements. To get the curve just right is the challenge.
