- DHC Supplies is a 100% ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Company that takes great pride in the level of service and enthusiasm. The company was established as Don Hoban Company in 1961 by it's founder, Donald J. Hoban. When Don started the company his emphasis was selling and renting equipment and parts to masonry and plastering contractors in the Sacramento, California area. In 1966 after being incorporated Don started expanding his product lines to include structural hardware and pneumatic tools and fasteners. Eventually the company also moved into supplying small concrete contractors with concrete tools and supplies.
