DJ Megagirl Let us introduce you to DJ Megagirl, also well known as Widia. She is a dandy Dutch-Hindustani lady, who is born and raised in the Netherlands. Not only a dj, but also a great performer who likes to interact with the people
Music Styles You can say dj Megagirl is a club dj. From origin she started with techno, progressive and tribal. But now she mainly plays club, club-house, club-latin, eclectic and also floorfilling dance and Hed Kandi style. Used to play a set of 2 hours (one style), but also she can play and build up a whole evening from chill to party
She likes to play and mix different styles, because she feels one style is to boring to listen to and to dance on for many hours. A little tough with a feminine touch, but also happy, uplifting (party) and floor-filling, popular and non-popular is her way, music of this time
Influenced by Influenced by different dj styles as example Lucien Foort, Erick E, Sidney Samson, Melvin Warning, Freemasons and many other top dj’s and producers, but she plays mainly herself of course
DJ-Start On 13 January 2004, she got her first turntables for her birthday, because it was her dream to play records and perform for people, since her childhood
Just after 5 months she got her first Dateq Apollo mixer to complete her dj gear and after a few short lessons she was all ready to play and perform. Now, the crowd and party organizations are discovering her more and more and you can say she is in the run to get very hot in and outside the country. The people like to hear and see her perform and she gets more oft the prime time moments to play her wheels of steel.

Why these wheels of steel? You can say that dj Megagirl is a very passionate lady who lives on music and lives to perform as an artist. What to expect in the future? Dj Megagirl has, except to play for the crowd inside and outside the Netherlands, more goals she likes to achieve
Also she started in 2004 with organizing her own events and for clients. Still she is organizing party’s like Club Sundayz, Aces High (Holland Casino Enschede) and more, but to dj and to perform has her first priority
Therefore she started with producing her own original songs and is planning to release some in 2009. It’s for sure that you will hear more in the future of this dynamic Shejay
