Francois Fourmont led a sales team to attract Romanian people especially businessmen into buy Dacia cars. No one would have believed that a company which showed a loss of 93 million Euros in 2003 could show a profit of 57 million Euros in 2005. Francois Fourmont began his career with Renault by joining the company’s HR department.
