- The beginning of our products was set during 1980. Based on the Bulgarian traditions and various scientific developments prior to 1980 the creation of conceptionally new type of products was established, which combined the effects of probiotics and functional food. These new products were based on the Bulgarian tradition of yoghurt production, a tradition recognised all over the wold that results in the production of the best yoghurt in the world. The programme was headed by prof. Nikola Alexandrov, a leading scientist in this field.
