Karen Cutlip purchased the Dakotah Water Pack Sausage Stuffer in March 2004. Having previously used and sold the Dakotah stuffer through Eldon's Products for ten years, Karen was keenly aware of the Dakotah's proven track record.
Karen and husband, Eldon, are no strangers to sausage and jerky making. Eldon began his apprenticeship as a journeyman meat cutter in the early 70's moving on to a commercial sausage kitchen years later. Eldon leaned a great deal from the old-world sausage maker he trained under.
The couple moved to Idaho in 1980 and opened a custom sausage kitchen which they operated for nearly 10 years. During their tenure they produced a pair of successful processing videos titled "Easy Sausage Making" and Easy Deer Cutting".
