Database Systems Corp. (DSC) was founded in 1978 primarily as a software development company working with several major computer manufacturers in the development of database related products. DSC is still a privately held corporation and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

The company is an engineering firm that now develops and markets call center software products and computer telephony systems. DSC provides call center solutions for a wide variety of industries and government organizations. Database also provides consulting services relating to these call center products including training, customer support and maintenance, and customized development.

DSC has developed the PACER predictive dialer phone system which includes a full featured IVR system and ACD software that supports digital phone lines. The company also provides an analog phone system called the WIZARD. Voice broadcasting systems and services are provided by our organization.
