The David Scholar Program was established in 1980 by Paul David of Massillon, Ohio and his family. The purpose of the Program is to aid and assist qualified graduating high school students who, due to financial constraints, would find it difficult, if not impossible, to further their education at an accredited school. Paul was the 10th child in a family of 13 children.
