About Us
We own a small family operated farm here in north central Texas. We moved out of the city for all of the usual reasons, and never really planned on having goats, but that soon changed. We started out with four nannies and a billy, and have grown ever since. Now we strive to produce good, quality Boer and percentage goats for the breeding market and meat market.
Of course, along the way, some additions have made their way onto our place. At the present time, we have two cats, Spot and Not, two house mutts, Rags and Buddy, and Beauty, and her son, Beast our Anatolian Shepherds, to watch over the goats. Beauty is the only one who works for her keep. She does an excellent job, so just try to bother one of her babies!
We have also started raising some chickens. We have Bardrock hens, a Rhode Island Red rooster, which produce Sex Link chickens. Just recently we got some Aracuana Bantams(the Easter Bunny egg chickens). We keep the chickens for enjoyment and of course, the eggs are pretty good.
