What we do...
We help businesses restructure themselves to the right level of internal complexity. We also provide technical help to improve communications, IT and security. Restructuring will improve individual and departmental autonomy and business flexibility, resilience and speed of response. But even with the right level of autonomy, there is still a need for efficient communication. We help businesses design and build the data, voice, video and collaborative working systems needed to exploit a restructured organization better. If you can implement the redesign of your organization, processes and communications using existing staff, fine. If not, we can help by providing experienced interim managers throughout the EU and (subject to work permit restrictions) elsewhere. Since 1999 we have undertaken assignments in the US, Canada, Switzerland, Asia Pac and various EU countries.
