I have made two purchases from Dealcost.com and will continue purchasing electronics from them for three reasons. First, they have great prices. Second, their customer service is excellent. When I called they briefly informed me of their policy, and then offered me a service plan which for the first product I refused and that was it. They didn't hassle me about it or anything, they thanked me for doing business with them and that was it. For the second item I did purchase their service plan because it was a great deal, half of what you would spend at other places for an extended warranty. And third, the products I received were in excellent BRAND NEW condition just like they stated, not to mention free shipping which was exceptionally fast. If you are going to buy any type of electronics I strongly recommend Dealcost.com.
I read the reviews on dealcost.com before I put my order in & I was a little skeptical on a dealer so far away from me and I have been SCAM before!, later that day I had a call to confirm the order I had submitted & expressed concern for shipping damage & they told me it would be alright!! It came early & no damage, I would highly recommend this company & I would order again myself. THANKS AGAIN!!!
Great seller I bought a Plasma from DealCost.com and I had a great experience with them after talking to one of there sales reps I was very happy about the product I was buying because i got a much cheaper price on the Plasma then i would have in the retail stores plus I also got an extended warranty that I was originally going to buy for my plasma and i also paid much less then i would have paid for it in a retail store thank you DealCost outstanding job This was my first purchase with them and definetly not my last.
I Thought DealCost was another one of those SCAM companies that don't ship unless you buy the stand, the bulb ect. The salesman said no sir, Whatever the manufacturer put in the box, is what you get, I was sold right there! and they had the lowest price.!!
