Dean has been in youth ministry for 23 years. He is the Founder and President of Dean Hawk Ministries and Founder of H2O Youth Source - an exciting curriculum designed to quench the spiritual thirst of today's youth. As Dean travels and ministers he brings hope and vision to teenagers, parents, and youth leaders.

Dean served as a youth pastor in Dallas, Texas, for more than 13 years. He also served as youth pastor for 5 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In addition, Dean taught at a comprehensive two-year Bible training center for those interested in full-time youth ministry for 5 years. While there he wrote and developed a complete youth ministry curriculum for the Bible school that was used to train men and women for youth ministry.
