~Hello!~ I have added this little section because I feel that it's important to know something about who you are doing business with. Online businesses just don't have that friendliness and warmth you find in a little country shop, but I have tried my best to bring that across to you in this website. I am so glad that you came to visit and I look forward to sharing about our business here.
My name is Debbie and I have been in business online since January 2001, when I formed Debbie's Books & Gift Shop. After working for over 20 years, I decided that I really had a strong desire to open my own business and work from home. I did a lot of research and became licensed to print Personalized Books with Create-A-Book, Inc. and Best Personalized Books.
Debbie's Books was born and a Give-A-Book Program in our local school system was developed. First Graders receive their very own FREE personalized books sponsored and paid for by local businesses. The program is in it's 5th year and gets many other people involved promoting literacy, safety techniques and crime prevention. It's a very satisfying and rewarding part of my business!
