- DB Custom Airsoft, rebuilding the way you think of Airsoft... DB Custom Airsoft was founded at the end of 2004, by Dwayne Dees and Leonard Baldt, with the original concept of offering new products to the Airsoft collectors and shooting community. The original goal has remained, but there have been many new ideas evolving inside of our business which resulted in some rather extreme custom projects to be added to the list of ideas we started with. Instead of following mainstream thought the existing Airsoft industry has applied to their production base, by releasing what they deem the popular models of replica to the market, we have actually chosen to step away and begin building projects that should be in the Airsoft arena but have never been cool enough to build.
