Who is Mikkel deMib Svendsen?
I have worked with search engine issues since 1996/97 in multiple ways: As Vice President of Product Development for a technology company making advanced search engines, as manager of the largest Scandinavian search engine (Kvasir/Scandinavia Online) and doing search engine optimization for online businesses.
In 1998 I released the first (and still only) book about search engine optimization in Danish at IDG Publishing. Later in 1998 I established and moderated the discussion forum: “Dynamic pages, frames and stuff” at Search Engine Forums for more than 2 years making more than 1000 posts to help people!
In 2000 I founded the first search engine conference in Scandinavia: IMS2000 that opened with a huge success in Copenhagen in May. The show was later repeated in Stockholm and Las Vegas before I decided to move on with new projects.
