Biography

Michigan State Advertising graduate Derek Mehraban is a social media marketing expert. He runs a digital marketing firm located in Ann Arbor, Michigan called Ingenex Digital Marketing.

Derek is passionate about helping companies and individuals embrace digital technology to market their companies and themselves. To this end he runs a Digital Marketing Blog and Podcast called The Digital Bus. He also trains students and recent graduates on digital marketing through his Eco-Friendly Digital Marketing Internship. The internship program will run in partnership with Michigan State University starting Winter 2009.

Derek's company has launched a new product called Social Harbor - Professional Online Profile Management service. With Social Harbor, Mehraban is offering a turnkey digital marketing and search engine optimization solution for business. "We build professional online profiles for entire companies.
