- Descending Angels offers pole dancing lessons and pole parties instructed by a Certified Vertical Dance Instructor. Pole dancing is a great way to stay in shape as it provides a whole body workout that most find very addictive. Not only is it a fun way to get physically fit, but it also helps you to build self-confidence. Whether you are doing this for yourself, or maybe you just want to spice-up your relationship, you are sure to have a fun time!

Pole Dancing Lessons The pole dancing lessons are taught on professional grade, world famous, chrome X-Poles. Each lady has her own pole. We start out with the poles in static mode. As you progress to more advanced levels and become more confident in your spins/holds, we can also work on adding a whole new flare to your routine by putting the poles into spin mode.
These sessions last about one hour and provide a whole body workout that can burn approximately 400 calories. You can improve your muscular strength and tone while also working at increasing your flexibility, self-confidence and even every day posture.
The personalized lessons move at your pace and are based around what you want. Some ladies just want these lessons on a fitness level while others prefer to add elements of sensuality. You can come dressed for class in either regular workout clothes, or for those a little less inhibited, something sexier. We start the lessons out with bare feet, but once a student has a basic understanding of the spins and posture, heels may be added if desired.
Lessons include a warm-up with stretching, a mini routine consisting of spin(s), transition(s) and floor work, and then we end with more relaxing stretches. Muscle strengthening exercises may also be added to help increase your fitness level and further your advancement.
Classes are of an intimate size, only one or two women to a class. Classes may be scheduled Monday through Thursday, anytime between 9am to 7pm. Friday classes are available from 9am to 4pm. You may contact Nikki by phone or e-mail to set up an appointment.
Pole Parties Descending Angels also offers pole parties. These parties are a fun way to spend some time with your girls. Whether it's a birthday party, bachelorette party, divorce party or just a party, everyone is sure to have a memorable time!
The party lasts about two hours and is held at the customer's location (Descending Angels can aid in finding a venue if you do not have one). Nikki will bring one removable, chrome X-Pole (professional grade dance pole) to be used for the party. She also brings music. Of course, there is a mixture of different styles of music, but you are also welcome to supply your own if you desire.
It all starts off with Nikki doing a full routine to a song. After that, she breaks down spins, transitions and floor work for everyone to try out. There is also a period of free time towards the end of the party for everyone to experiment and try out the new tricks they have learned.
The "mood" of the party is completely up to the customer. You and your friends may wear exercise clothes or sexy outfits with heels. Either way, you will gain a new self-confidence and some great skills to show off!
