DestraMusic.com (formerly WiredRecords.com) is a wholly owned division of Destra Corp (ASX: DES). The DestraMusic division facilitates the online management of intellectual property by providing Digital Rights Management (DRM ) services. DestraMusic seeks to allow content and rights holders in the music and entertainment industries to securely manage and deliver their content over the Internet. Utilising our extensive knowledge, understanding and expertise we create cost efficient, custom solutions for both our content and e-tail partners.

DestraMusic.com, as WiredRecords.com, was initially created in 2000 as a joint venture between Sanity.com, a fully owned subsidiary of Brazin Limited (ASX: BRZ) and Destra Corporation Limited (ASX: DES).

As of April 2003, Destra Corporation Limited (ASX: DES) became the 100% owner of DestraMusic by swapping Sanity.com’s shares for Destra shares.
