Established in 199 4 , Digital Office Systems provides Xerox Document solutions to over 2000 customers throughout the UK. We are a Xerox Premier Partner, responsible for the supply and support of the complete range of Xerox award winning products which encompasses Copiers, Printers, Faxes, Scanners and Software. Xerox Service UK have a team of 1600 engineers who provide service and support nationwide. This allows us to supply equipment from Lands End to John O’Groats with the knowledge that the customer will always have an engineer on hand when required.
Our reputation has been built upon providing an excellent level of service to our customers and we are committed to delivering outstanding after sales management.
In 2003 we received the Xerox European Merit award, one of only 8 concessions in Europe to achieve this. We have achieved the CCSS Premier Partner of the Year Award twice, both in 1999 and 2003, as the top performing concession in the UK.
