Digital Road Consulting is a web site optimization and pay per click advertising management company located in the Upper Connecticut River Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. DRC was founded by me, Jon Hall. I have an extensive background in marketing and sales in the business to business (BTB) and business to consumer (BTC) sectors, both in product and service environments.
I "discovered" website optimization and ppc advertising in 2001 while researching new ways to promote the website of a company at which I was employed. After weeks of reading, research, experimenting and implementation, I finally saw the fruits of my optimization efforts. The web site rose dramatically in the search engine rankings for tens of keywords and visitor traffic similarly increased. It's been a love affair ever since.
Ultimately, I left that company to launch Digital Road Consulting. DRC began offering commercial website optimization services and pay per click advertising management in 2003. Oddly enough, the amount of reading, research and experimenting have only increased. The evolving nature of the search industry demands it.
