All you have to do is answer some questions on your food preferences and point me towards your kitchen. I will customize a menu to suit your tastes, shop for the groceries, prepare all the meals in your home and clean the kitchen.
When you get home after a busy day, or before a busy evening, all you have to do is follow the easy reheating instructions and eat a home cooked meal. You can save time in the evening without being a regular at the local fast food place. You can also avoid the supermarket and skip the dishes. Imagine some time to do what you want tonight!
Your Chef: My name is Jennifer Sternfeld. I own and operate a personal chef service called Dinner Vacations, serving clients in New York's Capital Region and the Adirondacks. I am a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Institute (USPCI), with over a decade of real life cooking experience. I am a Certified Personal Chef as well as a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA). I am also the President of the Upstate-Adirondack Region Chapter of the USPCA. I understand the demands of a busy life, and hope to make yours a little bit easier. I custom select all meats and produce for each client. I also believe in supporting local businesses.
Menus: I specialize in world cuisine inspired menus. Wherever possible I use authentic cooking methods and spicing. I tailor each menu to the level of spice comfort and dietary concerns of each client.
Menus each include five entrees and specially matched side dishes where appropriate. All "trips" include three to five area dishes with the remainder being comfort or spa cuisine unless otherwise requested.
