Necat obtained his BSc. degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. He also holds an MBA degree from the Anderson School, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). During his MBA in LA Necat also qualified as a Certified Public Accountant.
Ertug obtained his BA degree in Architecture from Yildiz University, Istanbul and MA and honours MA degrees in Housing and Urbanism from the Architectural Association School, London. He has designed five star hotels, villas, apartments, restaurants, factories etc all over Turkey and luxury hotels in France (St. Tropez), Honduras, Kazakhistan etc.
Distinctive Properties currently employs a civil engineer, Mr. Hasan Akca. Mr. Hasan Akca has a BSc degree of Civil Engineering from Yildiz University, Istanbul. He worked in numerous projects of all kinds in Turkey and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
