Based in Oregon, Distinctive Features, LLC is a family owned business dedicated to family safety. As parents and active members of the community, Distinctive Features was one of the first companies to begin producing child identification cards in 1997. The business came about after realizing the lack of resources available in the search for missing children and the desire to make a change. In 1998 the product line expanded to include do-it-yourself child and pet identification kits. Distinctive Features is currently providing The Court TV Child Safety and DNA Kit. In addition to quick response child ID cards and a valuable at home record keeper, the Court TV Child Safety and DNA Kit contains an all new DNA component. A percentage of proceeds from each Child I.D. kit sold is donated to KlaasKids Foundation, the Nation’s leading foundation dedicated to promoting the safety of children. The Court TV Child Safety and DNA Kit can be purchased on-line, by phone, mail or through a local retailer.
