For over twenty years, David G. M. Nicol and Fred C. Lowther have been providing legal services to families in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and throughout the Province of British Columbia.
David G.M. Nicol was called to the B.C. Bar in 1983 and practices exclusively in the area of Family Law. He is a widely respected and senior member of the Family Bar. He is qualified as a family law mediator, and is also a member of the B.C. Collaborative Divorce group. His preferred area of practice is the negotiation of agreements and the promotion of out-of-court settlements of family disputes. His practice also includes the preparation of Wills, probate and administration of estates, and contested estate litigation.
Fred C. Lowther was called to the B.C. Bar in 1980 and has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since that time. Mr. Lowther is also a widely respected and senior member of the Family Bar, and is known for his tenacious defence of his client's rights in Provincial and Supreme Court trials and in the B.C. Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
