We are able to offer you packages to deal with all matters necessary to set up and fully establish your new limited company.
This involves two meetings of approximately one hour each at our North Finchley office. In the first meeting we will complete for you all forms required by Companies House, Inland Revenue, Customs & Excise for VAT, bank account application and sundry other forms required to fully form and establish your company with all relevant third parties.
In the second meeting, held approximately one week later, we go through with you, in detail, everything you need to know to run your company, including full discussions on IR35 issues, accounting, VAT Returns, spreadsheets and any other matters which you may feel relevant to your circumstances.
