Daniel "Dan" J. Davis
Mr. Davis is the Principal attorney of the recently founded Davis Law Firm. Previously a shareholder for 8 years at Dallas' Winstead Sechrest & Minick, and for 10 years prior to that a partner at Dallas' Gardere & Wynne, Mr. Davis' career has been devoted to trials of complex cases in Federal and State Courts.
Mr. Davis received his law degree at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. Mr. Davis received his license to practice law in Ohio in 1978 and in Texas in 1981, and for over 20 years has represented a variety of contractors, manufacturers and business clients in courts throughout Texas, as well as the rest of the Nation.
Mr. Davis' experience includes representation of general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers in a variety of contexts. Mr. Davis has also acted as Plantiff's trial counsel in complex litigation ranging from aircraft development to theft of intellectual property.
