Your goal this quarter is to come up with (and have approved) FIVE concrete examples of times when you "did more" - where you proved your value to a client or to TCG. This doesn't mean simply doing what is expected of you. Oh, no, this is a tale of going above and beyond, changing the world or at least your part of it (or some little bit of your part of it).
Your example should include enough detail so that it makes a good story when we tell it at the all-hands meeting. For example, "When confronted with a dog menacing our client, John, I took the dog aside and convinced him to give up his life of crime. The dog is now a functioning member of society, and John thinks I'm Dr. Dolittle."
Submissions will be judged by Dan on validity, accuracy, and inspiration of awe.
The award if EVERYONE has five approved examples is a special party at the all-hands meeting in January - something you're guaranteed to enjoy.
