dock.net opened for business as an ISP in Southern California in 1996. Providing dialup, web hosting, web design, and collocated servers. We experienced rapid growth, doubling in size and office space yearly. When DSL became available, we were one of the first in our area to deploy it, becoming well known in our area as alternate to behemoth and bloated phone companies. Recently, we have spread our DSL and T1 service nationwide. Many of our customers have been with us for 9 or 10 years, and we are proud to have been a part of their growth and success.
Today we provide a wide variety of Internet and Voice Over IP (VoIP) services in 44 states, with customers from around the World. Our approach is the same as when we started: Provide the best Internet and voice services at a reasonable price, with 24-hour, front-line, toll-free tech support. When you call us, you speak to one of our employees, with immediate access to our records, servers and routers, not somebody in another country who reads from a script and has no real knowledge of the Internet, let alone our specific network.
