The company was established in 1986 and was formally known as Dan’s D-Lux Dog Boxes. In January of 2003 the company was taken over under new management and renamed D-Lux Dog Boxes. Since then, the company has implemented new ideas and some improvements to the already outstanding product. It’s still the same great box, but with a few added features.
D-Lux Dog Boxes prides itself in producing a high quality product at an affordable price. One of the main reasons that D-Lux Dog Boxes stands above the rest, is due to the material that the boxes are constructed of. These boxes are constructed of a high quality insulated Aircraft Aluminum. The material consists of two sheets of aluminum that are laminated to a sheet of polyurethane acting as a barrier against penetrating heat in the summer and aids in retaining the dog’s body heat in harsh cold weather, thus making it a well insulated box.
